Introduction to Belly Dance Level II 

​6-7 pm 6 weeks 

Join us for a 6 week introductory session of belly dance! This class is perfect for beginners, even those with no dance experience at all, as well as for those with some dance experience who need a refresher or want to learn new movements. We will focus on posture, alignment, basic movements, rhythms, and more! $60 for 6 week session. Session runs from June 12th through July 17th.

American Cabaret Belly Dance Choreography

7:15-8:15 pm 6 weeks 

Join us as we learn a complete American Cabaret style belly dance choreography. This class is open to any level but is best for those who have some dance knowledge. Learn about linking movements together, rhythms, vintage style, costuming, and more! All notes will be provided. $60 for 6 week session with performance opportunities for those who are interested. Class runs from June 12th through July 17th.

Tuesdays 

Belly dance Drills with Rachel 

6:30-7:15 pm (on-going)

Drills Drills Drills Gain strength and stamina with this movement and shimmy drill class using small hand weights. $5 per person. This class is NOT appropriate for beginners.

Beginning Tahitian Dance with Amera

7:30-8:30 pm 6 weeks  

Delve into the world of Tahitian dance with Amber Amera! 6 week session outlining movements, techniques and music of Tahitian dance. Open to any level. $60 for 6 weeks. This is not a drop-in class, you must start the class on the first day. Class runs from June 13th through July 25th, with no class on July 4th. 

This class is limited to 20 participants. 
Please wear a skirt and bring a non-coin hip scarf or sarong.

Wednesdays

Belly dance with Rachel 

6-7 pm (on-going)
Want to sweat, shimmy and have some fun? Join me for weekly belly dance classes. I am an award winning dancer and choreographer, known for my eclectic style and stage presence. We will cover basic postures, movements, combinations and layering. No previous experience is necessary. This class is appropriate for absolute beginners to more experienced dancers. This is the perfect way to add some excitement to your fitness routine! 
Price: $10 per drop-in class, $35 for 4 classes, or $60 for 10 classes


​Burlesque Fitness Class with Rachel **Starts June 7th**

7:15-8 pm (on-going)

Join us for a weekly drop-in drill class focusing on all things burlesque! Bumps, grinds, traveling and more. Learn a fun and flirty combination every week. This class is appropriate for any level of dancer. Get your sexy on while you sweat and shimmy!
$5 per person

American Tribal Style® Belly Dance for Beginners

7-8 pm

**classes run in sessions, please inquire for schedule**

Learn American Tribal Style® dance fundamentals! The six-week session covers the basic system of ATS® style dance. This class will have you dancing in your first class! No previous experience in belly dance is necessary to learn ATS®. Experience the magic of ATS® improvisational dance steps: no choreography to memorize, just follow along!

Open to all, no prior experience in belly dance necessary.
$65 for 6 week session. This is not a drop-in class.



Saturdays

Zumba with Jessica

9-10 am (on-going)
Every class feels like a party! Come and join me and you'll see what I mean. You don't even have to know how to dance. I never took a dance class EVER!  Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy! Anyone can do it! I started doing Zumba in April 2009 and I have loved every minute of it. After only one class, you will want to keep coming back!  Price: $5 per drop-in class, $40 for 10 class punch card.
